What is the minimum and maximum borrow limit?
For new customers, we offer starting limits ranging from ₦10,000 to ₦100,000. As you repay your loans on time, your limit grows dynamically up to ₦2,000,000.
How long does the loan disbursal take?
Once approved, our automated systems instantly transfer the loan amount to your linked Nigerian bank account. This transfer typically takes under 5 minutes.
Why do you require my BVN?
Under Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, we verify the identity of applicants using their Bank Verification Number (BVN) to prevent identity theft, fraud, and to confirm details. We do not have access to your bank balance or credentials, and your BVN is processed securely in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
How do I repay my loan?
Repayments can be completed via bank transfer to your assigned virtual repayment account, or by linking a debit card in our mobile app for automatic repayments, or using your bank's USSD codes. Details will be shown explicitly inside your loan agreement.
What happens if I repay my loan late?
Late repayments attract late fees as stated in the loan agreement. Overdue accounts will also be reported to national Credit Bureaus, which will negatively impact your credit history and your eligibility to borrow from other financial institutions. We encourage all customers to pay on time to grow their limit and maintain a good score.
